报告主题：Pairs Trading Under Geometric Brownian Motions

主讲人简介：Jingzhi Tie教授是美国University of Georgia教授，博士生导师。1995年于University of Toronto获博士学位，1985年于兰州大学数学系获学士学位。 主要从事Harmonic Analysis、Several Complex Variable, Geometric Analysis、Mathematical Finance等研究工作。其研究领域包括：Analysis and Geometry on Heisenberg Group, Pseudo-Hermitian manifolds, Pairs-trading。目前已在Canadian Journal of Mathematics，Journal of Geometric Analysis, Journal of Differential Geometry, Communication in PDEs, Journal of Optimization and Application 等国际学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文40余篇。

报告主题：cP-Baer Rings and their Extensions

主讲人简介：Blaise Heider硕士生导师，received PhD from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the Spring of 2018 under the advisement of Dr. Gary Birkenmeier.Research area is in non-commutative rings and modules. He taught at a small liberal arts college in Florida right. Then in the fall of 2019 he started career at the University of Central Missouri as a non-tenure track assistant professor. In the fall of 2021 he was promoted to tenure track faculty, andhistitle stayed the same as an assistant professor. While at UCM, He was the advisor to 3 master’s students where he guided them through their Master’s Project.
